I hope that you can picture it. I wanted to whip out my camera phone, but a) I'd have to be so close that discretion wouldn't be possible, and b) I was a little afraid of him.
Starting from the top:
Baseball cap
Long black trenchcoat
Black t-shirt (I think)
Pajama pants with orange and red flames
Flip-flops
He was standing by himself in Walmart with his arms in front of him, hands clasped, like a body guard, just looking around - apparently guarding the bakery cookies. He stood there for probably 10 minutes, moved to the donut racks for a bit, and then disappeared.

Hahahahaha ... When I was in high school about to go to college, I was at an orchestra/band thing at the U of U, but we decided to hit a local mall for lunch. There was a similar scary looking dude there running through the mall wtih black trenchcoat flapping behind him. Finally saw him up close, and he was wearing high heeled boots and women's lingerie under the patent leather coat. (and yes, it was a man). Wish I'd had a camera ... hahaha.
I don't even know what to think. Was he a hit man? One of the Three Nephites? A Walmart manager?
Oooh, I think hit man. He was probably waiting for me, but when he saw that I had the boys with me, he called it off until a better time.
Joke's on him, I ALWAYS have the boys with me.
